What is your average turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for orders is30 days.If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss.

As all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please be sure of your size before placing an order.

Is the paint durable?
Yes!The paint iscrack, water resistantand 100% wearable. They are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your Pandaufo custom sneakers.
How should I clean my customs?
We would not suggest the use of a washing machine. We recommend a bristle brush and we are yet to find a trainer cleaner product that doesn’t work!
Our paint is crack and water resistant but for extra protection we suggest Protection Spray.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.
